“Slow boat out to the channel. Hits 3 spots. An island with lots of birds. An island with some sea lions and then an inhabited island with interesting flora. The first two you only stay for a couple of minutes to take pictures. The scenery of the channel is nice but there are much faster boats around that likely you can get around faster and see more. Guide was not particularly engaged (particularly for English speakers), but maybe it was just an off day.”
5-hour catamaran cruise from Ushuaia to penguin colony Martillo Island, plus sea lions, seabirds, and the Les Eclaireurs lighthouse story.
“The best tour I've ever done! I did the 3pm tour, but I would recommend getting there earlier (like 2:15) to secure a good seat, although you will probably be on the deck for the more exciting parts. I went on this tour during whale migration season and we were lucky enough to see 7 whales throughout the trip! The sea lions and penguins were also super cute. If you are going in the colder months, definitely layer, the wind was definitely strong and made me wish i had more layers at times. Overall, one of my favorite experiences I've had and I highly recommend!”

“Excellent tour across the Beagle Channel with views of Penguin & Seal colonies. We did spot a couple of Whales as well. Sufficient time to take pictures from the boat. I feel that the tour photographers can be improved as there were many redundant & not so pleasing pictures taken in a short span of time. Also downlaoding the pictures fron the drive link can be a headache post tour.”

“Not ideal that it was snowing the day we did this trip in October! That said this was an expensive trip for what it was. The National Park is worth a visit and the train is OK but you can probably do this yourself much more cheaply!”

“We had a fabulous time on the cruise. We were able to see all the animals from the boat. They gave us enough time to take pictures. I even dropped my glove in the channel and they fished it out for me. We really liked all the facts the guide was telling us. We also appreciate them taking pictures of us.”

“Anything “Crab” or “Crab Route” was never mentioned on this tour! You would have thought it was a nature drive with photo ops…and lots of dead time at each stop. We experienced a crab dish at late lunch, which was unremarkable, but other than seeing some sad crab traps trashed on the side of the road we learned nothing about the crab route. Morrisimo was our guide who decided that escorting a group of locals in a car behind us to photograph some type of commercial was his real reason to be there. Instead of spending time explaining what we were experiencing, he spent half his time chatting with them…”

“It started off on the wrong foot. I was told that I would be picked up in the morning at my hotel but the night before the hotel received a call that I now needed to make my way into town to be picked up at a central place. This was an added 20 USD price for me as I was staying outside of town and needed to now take a taxi. As for the park tour - I was expecting that by spending a half day in the park you would spend time in the park walking, hiking. There was a total of 35 minutes allotted for walking in…”
