“first, I was informed that the 8am schedule we previously reserved will be moved to 12 noon. There was a change in the schedule of the cruise line which we were not aware until later. I insisted that we should have the 8am because the ship was leaving @ 4pm. If they can't provide that we will cancel our reservation and demanded to be refunded. The providers pleaded to us that they be given the business. We wanted to work with them also but they have to provide us the 8am schedule.
