The trip itself was a lot more casual than a couple of the others out there; making this a good day trip if you do not want to do a lot of hiking or maybe have smaller children. You take a bus about 2.5 hours out to a hiking area, hike about 30 minutes each way to a nice view on top of the mountains, then head into a small town for lunch, then view a waterfall for about 30 minutes (flat walk for 10 mins).
