“The driver failed to pick us up at the designated time and did not tell us he wasn’t coming. The driver confirmed with us the night prior and we waited 40 minutes for him. There are many operators going to Punta Tumbo and they tried assisting me while I was waiting. None of the operators at the passenger pick up site recognized this operator. I should have realized this guy was sketchy when the night prior to pickup he offered a discount for additional people id they paid outside of Viator (basically bypassing any commissions Viator makes on tours).
